and touch a little more;
there are lots of times when
I could use a reassuring hug
and the smile that I love to see...
just an occassional sign
that you're still happy with me.

I'm not asking for much....
just to know
from time to time
that I make a difference.
For just knowing that
makes all the difference
in the world to me.
