Jeffery may have
been abducted by a male and female, in their mid
twenties or early thirties, while playing with a friend.
The friend went in for lunch and when he returned
Jeffery was gone. Child's photo is shown age-progressed
to 12 years. He was taken from outside his home by a
white female who was accompanied by a white male
companion driving a 1979 or 1980 model dark/light blue
Chevy truck. Child has flat feet and was wearing
orthopedic shoes at the time of his disappearance.
